A workshop in keeping our minds in a crisis

A 60-minute live coaching workshop on environmental worries, overwhelm, and the traps that keep you cycling between despair, overdoing it and doing nothing

You want to want to make a difference

But you wish you felt a little more hopeful...

But you see the graphs. You feel the heatwaves. You watch the floods. And you can't seem to shift that feeling of hopeless inevitability.

This is important, because:

We do not take action when we are consumed by fear

We need tools to be able to mix our realism with optimism and find the areas where we can make a difference.

And it is hard to do that when we are caught between doom scrolling and worrying about the cost of living.

No wonder it feels overwhelming...

Being anxious isn't the only problem

That stress is a feeling we want to get away from

So we distract ourselves and doomscroll and then feel guilty for doing so, and the whole thing piles up into a shame mess of inaction.

This workshop shows you a fresh approach

It teaches new ways to cope with your feelings

And how to make clear headed action about the change you want to be in the world.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

  • A clear method to stop spiralling
  • Applications for real situations
  • You'll watch me coach people live on their climate anxiety
  • A clear idea of how you can create the kind of actions you want to

We don't do toxic positivity and denial around here, we do real life situations and real life solutions.

And I believe the planet could do with us feeling like we want to bury our heads in the sand right now.

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Anna, also known as HeardinLondon

I'm Anna, a mindset coach, empowerment photographer, feminist, Buddhist and circus expert, and I have spent over two decades focusing on social justice and how to find creative solutions to help people reclaim their bodies and minds. I am a confidence coach for people who hate having their photograph taken. I believe by taking on the responsibility to do our own work, we resource ourselves to support more people. I have helped thousands of people untangle the stories they tell about themselves, so they can lead more joy-filled, relaxing lives. I am on a fierce mission to equip people with the mindset tools they need to break through their own self-sabotage and live their wildest dreams. We all deserve that. And I don't think we should all magically know how to manage our minds, if no one ever teaches us.

FAQ

  • Will this be recorded?

Yes. Register and you'll get the replay even if you can't make it live.

  • Are you just trying to (greenhouse) gaslight me?

This workshop doesn't make impossible situations possible. It stops you making genuinely hard situations unbearable by how you treat yourself about them. That's the difference between drowning and coping. That is what this course is about.

  • What if I can't cope with more information right now?

This isn't more to do. It's about stopping one specific thing you're already doing (without realising) that makes everything harder. Most people find it creates space, not adds pressure.
